8/18/2009	Jim called to inquire about the storage building for his dry manure. The one that was built originally does not have enough capacity, so Jim constructed an additional manure storage building. He said he was denied EQIP payment because they determined he had adequate storage with his first building. He wanted DNR to check into the storage calculations for his first building as it appeared the engineers had not calculated storage properly. I told him that Paul Petitti would look into it. He said he would stop in on 8/18/09 to discuss the matter.	KENNETH HESSENIUS
