2/27/2014	I contacted Randy to discuss the change in his permit and make sure he understood that when his level reached the must pump level that he MUST pump. He said he has a new marker and that he clearly did understand that. He did have a question about what to do if the weather conditions were not suitable for pumping. I told him he still must follow the permit conditions for weather and if he was at the level for pumping and it was not suitable, he would need to conact the office to discuss.	LOIS BENSON
