2/26/2014	Dennis Kruger called asking whether or not he needed an MMP for this site. He is converting this SAFO sow unit to an 1800 head finisher. He thought that he may not have to because the site was built prior to 1985. However, it was determined through historical aerial photos and the County assessor that construction did occur at the site after 1985. I informed Kruger that because of the expansion after 1985, an MMP is required. I told him that an MMP must be approved prior to manure application. The buildings are currently empty and will be populated in May. He anticipates no manure application until this fall.	JEREMY KLATT
