2/25/2014	Rob Saunders called from the Ottumwa Midland Landfill. He reported they had discovered that a hand washing sink in the shop is not plumbed into the facility's septic tank, but somehow discharges into the ground somewhere. They plan to contact the county health dept. for advice on what to do with it. I told him that was the route to go; that DNR is not involved in it.	PAUL BRANDT
