2/21/2014	1449 hrs: Greg contacted me with questions regarding his MMP. He is due to submit a 4-year P-Index update this year and has submitted various paperwork three times, yet it is still incomplete. Greg had numerous questions regarding all the MMP forms, which we discussed at length. I also explained the soil sampling requirements and Greg was not sure if the elevator had sampled his fields recently or not. I instructed Greg to contact the elevator and determine 1) if updated samples have been taken; 2) if so, whether they meet DNR sampling criteria or not. I stated that we need the answer to that question before we can know how to proceed. Greg stated he will contact the elevator and call me back next week.	TRENT LAMBERT
