2/17/2014	Jason, a staff reporter with the Journal called, asking if it's legal to use "fly ash" as traction control on public roads and if it poses health concerns. I asked Jason if they're using "fly ash" or "bottom ash". He said "bottom ash". Apparently the County is using bottom ash on the roads. I told Jason 567 IAC 108 universally approves bottom ash to be used as traction agent for use by vehicles.	KURT LEVETZOW
