2/10/2014	0735 hrs: I received a call from Nathan Dreyer. He had recently submitted his requiried one-year, updated P-Index information for this facility which was constructed last year with inadequate soil samples. Nathan stated he just received a Letter of Non-compliance for incomplete MMP submittal (missing the compliance fee) from Phyllis Maskarina. Nathan stated he hadn't sent the compliance fee because his MMP annual due date isn't until 01 MAR 14, and he was going to send it then. He was now concerned because he didn't think he could get the fee to FO2 before the 10-day deadline established in the LCN. I explained that I had previously discussed the updated P-Index submittal with Randy Crosser of Murphy-Brown, and I had informed Randy to have the P-info sent to my personal attention. The apparently was not done, and therefore Phyllis had no way of knowing that the P-Index submittal was not the MMP submittal. I informed Nathan that he did not have to send the compliance fee within 10-days; rather he just needs to make sure we receive his MMP update and fee by 01 MAR 14. I also stated I would make Phyllis aware of the situation.	TRENT LAMBERT
