2/3/2014	I was able to review the FOCD. The annual reports for BOTH Gregory sites were received on 1/10/14. The FOCD does reflect this. The assistances you are seeing are because the annual reports were missing some information. The FOCD does reflect that the missing information was received. All of this was already in the FOCD...so if you get on the database today it will show the same things as what you saw last week. The NMP information that you are asking about in 2011 looks like that was when I completed my routine inspections at this site. Please let me know if you have further questions.	ALISON MANZ
