1/27/2014	In response to a call i received last week, i emailed Troy Sedore regarding him having dumpsters at commercial accounts in Bloomfield, Lockridge and Fairfield, and that the waste from those comp planning areas wasn't ending up in the proper landfills. Today (1/27/14) Troy called me to discuss. He indicated that the waste from Bloomfield is being picked up, compacted, and left on the truck until it gets full enough to go to the Ottuwma Wapello County Landfill. He said he JUST started picking up those accounts in January and hasn't had enough to justify a trip to that landfill (in Ottumwa).	KURT LEVETZOW
