1/24/2014	Discussed MAC training. Mr. Chipman thinks that he trained in 2012 but the MAC database does not show it. I suggested that he see if he could find any documentation that he had taken the training (saved paperwork from the class, cancelled check, etc.). If he is unable to document that he took the training, he will need to take a remedial test before training in 2014.	DAN OLSON
