1/21/2014 Received on 1/21/14...Alison, here are the samples for the dry Manure, I wasnt aware that a annual liquid sample needed to be taken since we us book values on everyone, I will get sample taken this week for you for last year , and will resample this summer. if that will work, ALISON MANZ
1/17/2014 Good Morning All open feedlot’s must also document / submit annual manure samples from the scraped (solid) manure and the effluent (liquid) manure. While the samples can be obtained any time throughout the year it needs to be documented with the open lot reports. Most feedlots submit the sample results with their annual report. Below are a list of feedlots that I do not have documentation on Northridge Silver Creek Feeders Carson Feeders James Pudenz Wiederin Cyclone Cattle Pheasant Ridge LV Feedlot Moran Beef Underwood Moran Beef Crescent Please submit documentation that an annual manure sample was obtained for both the scraped manure and the effluent. The documentation can either be the date that the manure sample was obtained (and I’ll have to verify that we have a copy of the lab data in the facility file) or a copy of the lab data.
