1/14/2014	Perry called with questions regarding where to submit his O&M plan. I provided him with the contact information for the AQ Bureau. He also had questions about permit requirements to test for CO2. I could find no mention of CO2 monitoring in the permits. I contacted Anthony Bigger (DNR AQ Bureau) and Glenn Carper (DNR FO2) to discuss the permit requirements and they were also unaware of any CO2 monitoring requirements. I called Perry back and he had determined that monitoring for CO2 had been a facility decision, not a permit requirement.	DAVID KNOLL
