1/7/2014	Call from Mr. Keast regarding fall manure applications. He stated that they are within a few days of completing their fall manure applications and wanted to know how late they could apply. Mr. Keast was advised that manure application was permitted until December 21st, after which manure could not be applied on frozen ground. It was pointed out that if the ground had not frozen past 12/21, manure application was still allowed.	JERRY JORDISON
