I removed the indicator from that column for you so you will not need to resend a corrected EDMR. Please open your saved EDMR and remove the indicator, save, print and sign for Fremont Farms of Iowa’ records. Also if you would please save the EDMR as the following format: DMR_7900104_0114 for the 1/14 EDMR and just change the 1 with a 2 for 2/14 it would help me. Please note that the Field Office has moved to the following new address, also.
