As a reminder, you are required to properly address all deficiencies noted in compliance inspection reports within 60 days of the inspection, and to report this to the compliance inspection firm. Failure to address these issues and submit the response forms by January 17, 2014, will likely result in a notice of violation to each of the following UST facilities: 198602622 Fleur 200000007 LP Moon 200000055 McMullen 200000008 Polk County GSR Thank you for your prompt attention toward resolution of this matter.
