12/3/2013	Gene romoved the dam last week due to pressure form the landowner. He had sucked the manure out one last time and it was nearly dry so he felt it was ok. He has not installed a dialer yet due to having troubles getting the rigth signal and set up. I told him I felt it was required and to keep workng on it. He has the protection secondary dam nearly constructed. It is 300 feet long and 3 feet high. It will have a drainage tube that can be opened with clean water and normally closed.	LOIS BENSON
