12/2/2013	On December 2, 2013 Bill Gibbons reviewed the number of head the compliance fee is based on with Travis Slusher. The facility only completed Buildings 7 & 8 of the permitted expansion (Permit issued 10/6/2003) bringing the total number of head (birds) to 1,281,200 (Original 6 buildings had 879,200 birds + buildings 7 & 8 for an additional 402,000 birds = total number of birds 1,281,200). Buildings 9 through 12 were not constructed. As the facility currently stands (as of 12/2/2013) the annual compliance fee should be based on 1,281,200 birds (pullets).	BILL GIBBONS
