11/26/2013	Wade called to ask if discharging contents of the storm water pond via pump and pipe was acceptable. They need to repair an isolation valve and need to pump around the discharge structure to the creek to the south. About 2 feet of water need to be pumped out and they plan to start Friday 11/29/13. I called him back (~3 pm) and told him that I did not have any objections and told him to proceed unless we notify him to alter the procedure. I recommended a sample be collected, but Wade did inform me that a storm water effluent sample was collected in June. **Wade was with Headwaters, but departed earlier this year, and Alliant hired him to operate the facility. Headwaters no longer operates the facility.	BRIAN LEE
