11/1/2013	After receiving a similar inquiry I contact David Schmitt, State Vet. I asked him specifically about Tom's question and he indicated that the IAC still says 24 hours, but the code says within a reasonable time. He said that switching from 2x per week to once a week would not be reasonable and that I should advise Weaver as such. I contacted Weaver and informed him of IDALS' position.	JEREMY KLATT
11/1/2013	Due to concern of the PED virus, Tom asked if it would be ok to reduce rendering pickup frequency from 2x per week to once per week. I told him that the IDALS regs require disposal within a reasonable time. He reported that they have a concrete enclosure and dumpster for disposal.
