8/10/2009	Local Farmer, Mr. Kenneth Moeller, is applying dairy wastes onto area crop ground on edge of Cresco. This is from one of his MMP regulated fields and appears to be over applying? Definitely stinking the town up. I had her talk to Tom McCarthy who is more familiar with Mr. Moeller than I am. Sounds like manure application was in compliance with Mr. Moeller's MMP.	DOUG HAWKER
