10/21/2013	Andy reported that refilling of tank TF8422 (1,000,000 gallon denatured ethanol tank) has been delayed. The tank has been taken down for the 10-year inspection. They are waiting on parts before it can be repaired and returned to service. They plan on inspecting it this week. They hope to have repairs completed and start refilling it by the end of the week. They already sent in the 30-day notice letter, but things have been delayed. They will send in another letter detailing the repairs when everything is complete.	GLENN CARPER
