9/24/2013	Bill Skalitzky, Alliant Energy, called on 9-4-13. He reported that they (Alliant) have taken over operating the landfill after having a contractor running it for years. There is a concrete wash pad out in front of the shop building. The original plan was to drain wash water (from washing off vehicles) to a sump pit and pump it to a water truck to haul across the road to the landfill for dust control. They have dicsovered a pipe in the pit that runs to the hillside and discharges. Unknown when/who installed it. Alliant has plugged it and will haul water across the road as originally planned.
