8/5/2009	Calling to clarify what has been going on with regard to the NOX excess emissions (EE). There have been three NOX EE events due to the recent maintenance activities on the main ammonia storage tank. NOX emission limit for the coal combustor is 25 lb/hr 8/3/09 10AM-11AM 43 lb/hr 8/4/09 11AM-12PM 50.4 lb/hr 8/5/09 11AM-12PM 39.3 lb/hr The events originally reported for 8/2/09 were not over the permitted limit of 25 lb/hr. There was a miscalculation that led to the false report for these two events. We are hoping to have the main tank fixed shortly. There is a small leak from the threads where the level gauge enters the tank. The EE events correspond to the daily change over of the nurse tanks. We should not have to do this tomorrow (8/6/09). We will submit a written report that will explain this in greater detail.	GLENN CARPER
