8/23/2013 Wayne Krug called me on 13AUG13 and stated that his consultant, Bridget Bilyeu, advised him that DNR’s Air Quality Bureau was revising some air permit templates and that they would not be issuing air construction permits for approximately 60 days. I advised Mr. Krug that, so long as he obtained the permit within a reasonable time after the permit issuing resumed, this would be fine. I later had some email correspondence with Ms. Bilyeu and requested that, if the permit is not issued by 31OCT13, that she send me a brief status report stating the expected date of issue.
