8/23/2013 Wayne Krug called me on 8AUG13 and stated that he had received my Letter of Inquiry for his gypsum crusher at the NCIRSWA Landfill. I asked if he was operating the crusher and he stated that he was. I asked if he had procured an air construction permit and he stated that he had not. I advised him that this was a violation of 567 IAC 22, and that he must immediately begin the application process to obtain such a permit, and that I would send an NOV. Mr. Krug stated that he would obtain the permit. Attached is the NOV Letter. DAVID MILLER
