8/13/2013	Barb Wood and Bill Stangler held a compliance meeting with Minnesota Rubber that I sat in on at the WWTP. There have been issues with Mn Rubber samples in May and June 2013 due to issues with the lab and operator confusion. Ms. Wood will send a letter of understanding to Minnesota Rubber to explain Minnesota Rubber's obligation to sample when directed by the WWTP and their obligation to provide samples in accordance with the Treatment Agreement.
