8/8/2013	Hal called with questions regarding his DMR and the no discharge indicator. We discussed and remeidated that issue, but I observed that the current DMR was not accurate in regards to columns and reporitng data. I created a new DMR and emailed it to Hal to utilize. He resubmitted with the proper no discharge indicators and the new column (stream flow measurement) added.	BRIAN LEE
