7/30/2013 Laura sent the email below after she called to ask for an extension past August 1 regarding erosion control repairs. The operator's excavator is in need of repair. I told her to implement erosion control measures as soon as feasible once the equipment is fixed. Brian, Thank you for your time on the phone today. As I stated in our conversation today, Dick Doyle's excavator was out of service a good portion of last week and now is again due to a part. I appreciate you working with us on the time frame to fix the few issues we have left. As soon as they are done, I will take photos and send a formal update on our progress.
