8/4/2009	Andy Miller called and left a message on my voice mail. Mr. Miller stated that it appeared that they only had one excess emission of NOX (10AM-11AM on 8/3/09) instead of the three previously reported. This will be detailed in a written report that will be submitted as required. Mr. Miller also stated that they had considered manifolding nurse tanks together to reduce the amount of time that the flow of ammonia to the Selective Non-catalytic Reduction (SNCR) system was interrupted, but decided against this because of the increased risk of an accidental release.
