7/22/2013 Brandon also called toward the latter part of last week to report there is some type of petition about poor WQ going around town and the media has gotten a hold of it. Taste and odor still a problem but staff has been flushing more which seems to help. New carbon on site and install planned for 7/23-24. Plan to change carbon annually--all 8 at one time.
