7/15/2013	Lou Lorenson called on 15JUL13 and stated that they had more than four inches of rain in one hour last Saturday and their office was flooded. The leachate collection and storage system was able to cope with the rain, but it is near the maximum capacity and they will redouble their efforts to haul leachate to the Lake Mills POTW. There is also a gas bubble underneath the liner in the new cell and it is starting to stress the liner. Mike Smith advised them to lance the bubble, but to be sure to repair the liner before the waste elevation reaches point where the liner was breached.	DAVID MILLER
