Liegois Solid Waste Manager City of Muscatine Laura also sent a picture of gravel dumped in the eroded area along the east fence (described below) Brian, Here is what was added today to the other areas near the fence area that we have discussed. This should take care of issues of sediment onto the neighbors property. We will be filling in the area on the backside of Ravine 5 and the other one upfront facing Hwy 61. Thank you Laura Ok thanks. Was any silt fence or rock placed southeast of the borrow area or above the small gully at the fence line? I have enclosed two photos he sent me after it was placed. I have not been able to go to the landfill to view it, but will within in the next few days. I can provide more photos if you would like. Also, I have contact Iowa DOT to look into the issue on their property on the other side that is draining on the neighboring property. When I have more information, I will let you know.
