6/14/2013	Ms. LeVier called to report a 10 gallon diesel spill into excavation pit while DEF tank was being prepared for installation. It was reported that the LLD tripped to stop product pumping however the contents of the pipe leaked into the pit. It was also reported that the backhoe immediately removed the affected backfill. Ms. LeVier was preparing to submit the Tier 2 report and would add the incedent into the report.	THAD NANFITO
