6/3/2013	Jesse Leckban called on 6-3-2013 to report an incident and determine if it was a reportable HSI. They had a leak on an underground water main on the fire protection system. The source is potable water. The leak was from the ground, about 1000 gallons, and did not go to any waterway or drainage system. I told him we would not consider this to be an HSI, because the release material did not go anyhwere and the relesed material was water. Therefore, nothing further required.	PAUL BRANDT
