6/3/2013	Hal Morton called the field office on Tuesday, 5-28-2013. With all the rain last week (6" over most of the region) the lagoon is nearly full again. Need to discharge because the evaporator is not running and cannot haul to the WWTP because of flooding on the Mississippi. Same situation as last month. I told him to go ahead and discharge as we had discussed for last month. He will sample the discharge and provide results.	PAUL BRANDT
