6/3/2013	Travis Bouslog called on 5-30-2013. He reported a recent storm had blown the vent and overflow line off one of their finished water storage tanks. We discussed cleaning and sampling the storage tank before putting it back on line. They had taken it off-line and drained it and were making repairs.	PAUL BRANDT
