5/31/2013	The storm water intlet pipe on west side of the landfill ( outside of the footprint)received some fly ash during a recent heavy rainfall. This pipe has been discussed during previous inpsections. Mr. Johnson stated that the material discharged from the pipe stayed near the ditch and will be removed and placed in the landfill (approximately 30 gallon eq.) He further stated they are going to close the inlet with clay as soon as possible to prevent further concerns. Will record this event in his storm water and SW files.	AMBER SAUSER
