5/31/2013	Followed up with Randy about previous day's complaint investigation. He clarified that Tom Grafft, I & S had not called this office as he thought, to discuss the issue. I explained to Randy a couple of options that he could consider to return to complaince with his permit. I told him he could stop generating wastewater for the plant (stop production) or he could contact a WW plant in the area and truck WW to the facility if they would accept it. I highly recomended that he contact the farmer who has the irrigation equipment on his property and see about spreading on that field. He said the farmer did not want the water and that the farmer said he would contact the facility when they could spread. I told Randy he should talk to the farmer and spread, even if he has to pay the farmer to spread on the field. I asked Randy to keep me updated on the current situation at the facility.
