5/28/2013	The line crossing the creek that he needs to operate irrigation has been washed out; plus if he runs traveling gun it will wash out his corn and run into the creek anyway.His lagoon has 6" to go and his settling basin is backed up. He had it pumped down 2 weeks ago prior to planting corn.I told him to put in a hose and pump it over the side a little as they have no pasture or hay ground.Just keep it away from the creek.
