5/28/2013	Lyndall called to tell me that the erosion of the landfill slopes has caused more sediment to be deposited onto this property. No action has been taken regarding the eroded areas to his knowledge. I told him the landfill has planned to repair the eroded areas when feasible and a tennative plan was in place. He also told me that the litter on his property has not been picked up to his knowledge either. He said he received an email from the city/landfill asking where the litter was, but no one ever asked to come onto his property to pick it up. I told him I would follow up with the city and landfill.	BRIAN LEE
