5/28/2013	Randy called to report that they have had about 6 inches of rain over the weekend.The lagoon is ok, but he wants to report that he is seeing seepage from the walls of the big settling basin. A small amount of dirty water is making it to the creek. He has a call into Nic to try to figure out what is going on. He is pumping up to the lagoon but it will take time to get it all there. He wonders if the extreme dryness has caused a change in the walls of the settling basin, as he has never seen this before.	LOIS BENSON
