5/14/2013	Got notice that a complete plan is due by May 1st. What is a complete plan and who does those? I gave him several names to see if he recognized who did his before. He stated that he knew Bryce Metzger so he would give him a call to see if he would do his plan. He has the P-index and current soil sampling. I told him to call me back or have the consultant call me so we know a time line and that someone is working on it to avoid a penalty.	CINDY MARTENS
