5/1/2013	On April 17/18-2013, most of SE Iowa was hit with extremely heavy rains - many places getting about 6" of rain. Gary Chamness called on Wednesday 4-17 at about 4:30 PM to advise us of the current status at the Eddyville facility with regard to runoff storage. He reported they had about 5' of freeboard in the outer lagoons and about 7' in the middle. They were pumping from the outer cells to the middle cell. He called a couple more times over the next few days. They were able to contain all water and not overflow or bypass any.	PAUL BRANDT
