4/22/2013	Due to recent heavy rain Ms. Chiele called to report that a storm water basin on site has begun to overflow. Sand bags were used to stop the overflow last night but the water is rising again. Ms. Chiele said that they would attempt more sand bags but that if the basin began to overflow agin there is a secondary earthen berm outside that will contain this water. I advised Ms. Chiele to keep in contact if the situation worsened.	BERT NOLL
