4/17/2013	Neal south is planning on jetting out an old line that has not be used since the mid 80's and is trying to figure out what to do with the flush water. I told him I was concerned about discharging possibly rusty/sediment laden water directly to the river. He plans to get back to me. The discharge would be roughly 500,000 gallons over 12 days.
