4/10/2013	It has been discovered that the membranes have been compromised, causing the TSS violations over the past few months. AHL is in the process of obtaining new membrane units, which may take up to 12 weeks. Currently all flow is to Cargill, but that is causing some issues at the Cargill WWTP. Discussed discharge to the river again, but need to consider compliance capability when doing so.	TOM ATKINSON
