3/26/2013	He was supposed to have submitted a P-Index MMP and still has not done so. He said it was at the consultants and he hadn't heard from them. He would call the consultant and give me a call back regarding the status of his MMP. I told him if it was not in within the next few days I would have to write a referral with penalty.
