3/25/2013	Jim called and said his P-Index MMP was due April 1st and he didn't have all his soil sample yet. I explained to him, that he had until April 10th to submit. If he didn't submit by then, he would receive a NOV for Failure to Submit Letter, which would give him until June 1st to submit, before he would receive a penalty.	LONDA WITTE
