3/18/2013 Jeff called 3/15 twice and left voice mails wanting to discuss the ww NOV. I returned his call 3/15 and left a message. I called him 3/18 ~ 9am and we discussed eliminating the trees and tall vegetation around the wastewater pond. He said that geese have come in and are nesting. The birds are getting agressive so I told Jeff to cut brush and vegetation where they can and update me by the end of the month. Removing cattails near the effluent structure was also discussed. I discussed the Canadian Geese issue with Greg Harris (DNR) and he said that if the nests do not have eggs in them, the nests can be removed. If there are eggs, then they cannot be touched. I relayed this info to Jeff via voice mail shortly after our call earlier in the morning. BRIAN LEE
