3/13/2013	Steve called to report that he may be excavating some waste over the lined portion of the landfill. Clow will be bringing in about 100 tph of foundry sand and mycelium for the next 5-8 weeks due to a problem at their foundry. The landfill is allowed to mix it with soil for daily cover, but this will be too much. So the excess portion will be buried in the excavation within existing waste. Steve said the excavated waste should be re-buried the same day. He will keep a record of this activity.	BILL GROSS
